Crispy Fried Onion (Coated)

Golden brown onion flakes are thinly sliced and fried in corn oil or coated in corn starch and fried in sunflower oil. They have a sweet onion flavour, crisp texture and rich caramelised taste. Commonly used as a topping for biryani, curries, burgers and salads, they add both crunch and depth to a wide range of dishes.
