A creamy white finely ground, dehydrated form of 100% garlic with a strong, concentrated flavour and smooth texture. Used as a seasoning/condiment or to add slight taste of garlic in mayonnaise, tomato sauces, gravies, chutneys, pickles and curry dishes.
