Tomato Puree

Semi-concentrated purée with 10–12° Bx, offering a smooth texture, milder flavour and lower concentration than tomato paste. It retains natural sweetness and a vibrant red colour, making it suitable for ready-to-eat meals that require a balanced tomato flavour.
