Supplier Audits & Selection
We carefully vet and audit every manufacturing base before they join the Knoxx network. Our team conducts on-site inspections and regular audits to ensure that facilities meet international food safety standards. Only suppliers that pass our stringent criteria, from quality systems to ethical practices, are approved, so our customers can trust the source of every ingredient.
Knoxx Specifications & Testing
For each product, we define detailed Knoxx specifications (e.g., moisture content, particle size, brix, purity) that suppliers or manufacturing bases must meet. Incoming shipments are tested against these specifications, both in-house and via accredited laboratories when needed, to confirm they align with your requirements. This rigorous testing regimen ensures consistency and compliance for every batch delivered.
Certifications & Compliance
We supply ingredients that come with all necessary certifications, from HACCP and ISO 22000 to Halal and Kosher options where required. Knoxx Foods stays up-to-date with Australian FSANZ regulations and global standards, helping our clients meet their compliance obligations effortlessly. Every batch is fully traceable for recall preparedness and peace of mind.
R&D and Technical Support

NCR redressal
At Knoxx Foods, we take every food ingredient quality complaint and noncompliance report (NCR) extremely seriously. Our QA team ensures that no issue goes unaddressed, and we aim to acknowledge and respond to every customer concern within 24 hours. This rapid response underlines our commitment to excellent QA support for foodservice buyers and effective food safety issue escalation. In practice, Knoxx immediately notifies all relevant stakeholders, from the customer and the manufacturing base to our storage facility, as soon as a complaint or NCR is received. We have a proper workflow and procedure in place to ensure that the incidents brought to our notice don't occur again.
